This online graduate program allows RNs with bachelor’s degrees to earn both a Master of Science in Nursing and a Master of Business Administration in Leadership. Both degrees are awarded at the same time with the completion of all requirements. This 60-credit dual degree appeals to and benefits nurses who are, or plan to be, in a leadership position such as, manager, director of nursing or Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), or hospital administrator. The Masters of Business Administration in Leadership prepares students with advanced leadership, finance and marketing skills.

Admission Requirements
Applicants must submit the documents required for admission to the Master of Science in Nursing and the Master of Business Administration in Leadership for more details: Admission Requirements: - BSN from an accredited institution.
- Active unrestricted, unencumbered RN license in the US.
- One (1) year of exerience working as a RN.
- Cumulative GPA 3.0.
- Submission of all official transcripts.
- Must have statistics as an undergrad with a B or better and courses must be current.
*Students may apply without having met this requirement, however, any acceptance offered to such a student will be conditional upon completion of the appropriate preparatory courses with a B or better. - Submission of a current Resume or CV.
- 3 references- from a peer, a supervisor and prior faculty.
- TOEFL if needed.
- Essay: 750-words: The essay sythesizes the applicant’s reflections on their personal beliefs and life experiences and why they believe that the MSN/MBA program suits their values, ethic, professional goals, and aspirations. The essay must address:
- What do you hope to accomplish from your studies in the MSN/MBA program?
- Who are you as a person? Who do you aspire to become?
Note: Applicants who have had license sanctions must be without restrictions during the two years prior to Saint Joseph’s application. Nursing Core Courses (30 credits):
