The Master of Business Administration Concentration in Leadership is a generalized MBA program designed to equip students with competencies and skills in advanced leadership, finance and marketing. In addition, students wlil gain leadership skills in the interpretation and use of data and technology, such as artificial intelligence, to facilitate effective business decisions and strategies. This degree is suited for students in all types of business including corporate, non-profit and small businesses.

Program Outcomes:

Graduates will leave the program having met the following outcomes:

• Develop advanced leadership and communications competencies and strategies to direct 21st century organizations.
• Demonstrate skills and competencies in human resources, finance, accounting and makreting.
• Utilize data, research and best practices to make effective business decisions and craft effective strategies.

Admission Requirement(s):

• Bachelor’s degree
• GPA of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale

• 750 to 1,000 word-essay which outlines the following:
  • Describe your purpose for pursuing an MBA in Leadership.
  • Describe the skills and competencies you hope to attain with this degree.
  • Outline your personal and professional goals for the next 3-5 years.
  • Discuss how you believe this degree will help you attain your goals.
