SO 309 - Human Behavior and Development


The course focuses on the development of people in their environment and explores how individuals relate to memberships in families, groups, organizations and communities over their life span. Also addresses how social, biological, and cultural systems affect human potential and development through examining a variety of theoretical approaches. Special emphasis is given to generational and social interactions, coupled with examining contemporary social systems and social behavior.
