The Fine Arts major allows students to focus on either two- or three-dimensional studio work.
Completing this degree program will provide students with:
- Theoretical and moral understanding: Create works of art that engage the public in artistic discourse
- Critical Analysis: Demonstrate the ability to use analytical criticism to solve problems and come up with unique solutions.
- Research and Analytical Reasoning: Demonstrate an ability to perform research and share it through oral, written, and visual communication.
- Professional Practices: Develop a portfolio that demonstrates a strong technical background across disciplines.
- Studio Competency: Demonstrate an understanding of their personal studio practice in relation to the multiple historic, ethical, and theoretical discourses in art.
