MB 620 - Creating Successful Intrapreneurship in Business


This course focuses on the concept of intrapreneurship, where entrepreneurial principles are applied within established organizations to foster innovation, improve processes, and drive business growth. Students will learn how to identify opportunities for innovation, develop new ideas, and implement strategic changes from within a corporate structure. The course emphasizes leadership, creativity, and risk management while addressing the unique challenges of fostering an entrepreneurial mindset in a structured, corporate environment.
