TH 625 - Fundraising and Stewardship

This course provides the knowledge, protocols, and guidelines necessary to successfully plan and create fundraising models based on the spirituality of tithing and how spirituality of abundance needs to be at the heart of all donation seekers. The knowledge and skills the students will learn will empower them to serve as members of the parish or school finance councils, business management committees, or long range parish or school building projects. The students will acquire the skills to develop a canvas business plan, create a grant proposal, including budgeting, setting goals, as well as learning  communication skills as the students participate in role play and feedback loops. The final project will consist of creating a grant proposal, fundraising event, or building project plan from the planning stages to execution and evaluation.
