HR 525 - Leading People, Managing Change


This course concentrates on managing organizational change with a focus on the role of people in successful change initiatives. Theoretical perspectives, organizational culture, the role of human resources and other stakeholders will be discussed. Ethical and moral aspects, as well as emotional aspects of change, will be addressed, as well as contemporary transition models and practical strategies.

Upon completion of this course, you should be able to do the following:

  • Assess and apply dialogue strategies to enhance stakeholder communication and engagement in change initiatives.
