TH 101 - Introduction to Catholicism

Course Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:

  • Describe what is “Catholic” about Catholic doctrine and theology.
  • Describe the forms and functions of the Nicene Creed and the Apostles Creed.
  • Distinguish the difference between faith and belief.
  • Recognize basic terms of theology.
  • Explain the Church teaching that the existence of God can be known rationally.
