This online graduate program allows RNs with bachelor’s degrees to earn both a Master of Science in Nursing and a Master of Business Administration in Leadership. Both degrees are awarded at the same time with the completion of all requirements. This 60-credit dual degree appeals to and benefits nurses who are, or plan to be, in a leadership position such as, manager, director of nursing or Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), or hospital administrator. The Master of Business Administration in Leadership curriculum, through its developmental approach to learning, also develops insight and foresight, and deepens the understanding of the quantitative and qualitative relationships within organizations. The curriculum requires that students take courses in a prescribed sequence that is described in depth on the Master of Business Administration in Leadership page.
