This certificate is for students interested in developing the skills and knowledge to develop and teach training programs at the adult and/or corporate level.

This 18 credit undergraduate program provides participants with courses transferable to degree options available through Saint Joseph’s College. Twelve of the required 18 credits must be completed through Saint Joseph’s College. Please have official transcripts forwarded directly to Saint Joseph’s College (attn: Online Registrar’s Office) for transfer credit review.
