The Chemistry minor requires students to take a minimum of 18 credits of course work.

Students in the Chemistry minor must maintain a minimum of C- (70) in all courses required for the minor.

Required for the minor: (minimum of 18 credits)

CH 130 - Principles of Chemistry I (CBL-R)
CH 131 - Principles of Chemistry II (CBL-R)
CH 230 - Organic Chemistry I (CBL-R)
or
CH 220 - Survey of Organic Chemistry (CBL-R)

and two of the following:

CH 231 - Organic Chemistry II (CBL-R)
CH 240 - Analytical Chemistry (CBL-R) (SR)
CH 245 - Environmental Chemistry (CBL-R) (SF)
CH 330 - Biochemistry I
CH 335 - Medicinal Chemistry
CH 340 - Applications of Inorganic Chemistry: Organometallics, Catalysis and Nanochemistry
