Radiologic Science Administration (ASRSA)

The Associate of Science degree with a major in Radiologic Science Administration (AS/RSA) will provide a degree completion option for individuals pursuing certification in radiologic technology.

Students may enroll in the program while working through an approved Radiologic Technologist certificate program, but may not complete the degree program until the certificate program has been completed and the transcripts verified.

Total: 66 credits

Completing this degree program will enable you to:

  • Acquire a systematic body of knowledge related to the management of health care services
  • Apply acquired knowledge and skills to the effective management of health services
  • Identify and internalize appropriate standards of professional and ethical conduct
  • Develop effective leadership competencies
  • Develop effective skills for independent scholarship and goal-directed continuing education

 

General Education Requirements - ASRSA (2017)


Beginning July 1, 2017, these new general education requirements become effective for online, undergraduate students. The general education requirements address institutional outcomes, support the mission of Saint Joseph’s College, and reflect the vision for an undergraduate education. The requirements span across three learning themes: Foundations for College Level Thinking, The Human Condition and Human Story, and Nature and Society.  Note: Some academic programs have minor variations in general education requirements. Please talk to your Advisor or Admissions Counselor for more information.

30 Credits may be earned upon completion of an accredited Radiolography Program.
