HA 302 - Human Resource Management


This course focuses on strategic human resource management in today’s health care industry and encourages you to apply these concepts in your workplace. The basics of human resource management are covered with an emphasis on analysis and practical applications in your current organizational environment. The application of a strategic focus to the human resource management field allows you to anticipate and create opportunities for change.
