TH 303 - Contemporary Christian Morality (CBL-R) (SF)

Credits: 4

The goal of this course is to introduce students to the various factors involved in responsible, Christian, moral decision-making. The first part of this course investigates Christian ethical systems and examines the values and principles upon which they are based. The second part concentrates on moral decision-making as applied to specific, contemporary issues. These discussions consider both sides of a given problem, and, in light of the accumulated evidence, propose a Christian solution. Emphasis is placed not only on the formulation of a particular ethical strategy, but also on the practical implementation of such strategies.

This is both a Community-Based Learning - Required (CBL-R)  and Sustainability-Focused (SF)  course.

Prerequisite/Corequisite
Prerequisite(s): TH 100
