The Graduate Certificate in Catholic Theology enables those who have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline to obtain a graduate-level certificate, which can be used as a stepping stone toward a Master’s degree. The purpose of the certificate is to develop the student’s understanding and appreciation of the Catholic faith, rooted in God’s revelation and embodied in the living tradition of the Church. This certificate provides an appropriate graduate credential for staff of parishes, dioceses and religious institutions, or those interested in deepening their faith through study.

Applicants are required to have a baccalaureate degree from an institution of higher learning accredited or accepted in the United States.

The graduate certificate program consists of 18 credits.
