The General Studies major serves as a foundation for the Bachelor of Science in General Studies degree completion program. It offers a solid background for students who are employed, or are seeking employment, in adult education, business, criminal justice, psychology, or human services. It is also an excellent foundation for students who may be unsure as to which specific field they wish to study. A course sampling of several different disciplines is offered. The Associate of Science general education requirements are compatible for transfer in fulfillment of the Bachelor of Science general education requirements.
