MS 320 - Marine Biogeochemistry

Credits: (4 credits)

Focuses on the biogeochemical pathways that dominate aquatic ecosystems. Emphasis is placed on the geochemical reactions among water, organic carbon, and rock, as well as on specific biological components that serve to influence these reactions. An in-depth research project is a major component of this course.

Prerequisite/Corequisite
Prerequisite: CH 103, CH 104, MS 103, MS 104, or permission of the instructor.
