MG 401 - Organizational Analysis


Credits: (4 credits)

Develops the skills to understand the structure and processes of interaction between formal and informal organizations. Examines a wide range of profit and non-profit organizations including bureaucratic, matrix, cost-centered, global and post-industrial models. Examines through contemporary case analysis the role informal structures play in organizational adaptation.
