MK 305 - Consumer Behavior


Credits: (4 credits)

Studies the process of consumer decision making. Studies the consumer as an individual (motivation, personality, lifestyle), perception, learning, attitudes and cultural and social influences (family, social class, culture). Emphasizes use of research and theory in developing marketing strategies.
