BA 406 G - Customer Value Research and Delivery


This courses will investigate the emotional and functional drivers of customer value in both consumer and business-tobusiness environments. Emotional drivers of value such as status, prestige, acceptance and style and their relationship with product function will be explored. Practical and effective quantitative and qualitative research methods also will be introduced, which the students will apply in a class project.
