NU 205 - Health Assessment

Credits: (3 credits)

Guides the student in developing the basic skills for health assessment of the adult client and introduces the concepts and techniques of interviewing, history taking and physical assessment using the Roy Adaptation Model as a framework. Emphasis on the recognition of normal psychosocial and physical findings and the recording of data in an organized format.

Prerequisite/Corequisite
Prerequisites: NU 110, CH 105, BI 201, BI 204, BI 205.
