SL 310 - Senior Hospitality Management
When providing for the needs of seniors, quality of life is equally as important as quality of care. The transmission of hospitality principles to staff will be emphasized. Expectations of seniors will be explored, particularly the unique expectations of the consumer-oriented Baby Boomer generation.
