HA 515 - Health Services Administration Introduces students to operational management. Topics such as organizational structure, management planning, use and control of resources, problem-solving, uses of information, decision-making, and the roles of senior managers are studied in the context of different health care delivery settings. Goal-setting and coordination among key health care workers are studied in connection with professional values, conflict resolution, and quality assessment.
