IT 205 - Technical Writing


This course presents the basic requirements and best practices of technical style contained in a variety of business and technical documents. Students learn strategies and techniques to condense information without losing content. Students will refine their skills by producing emails, memos, project specifications, proposals, reports, and user manuals.
